Our history as a design agency

It all started in the 80s. Back then, the world was different, and the technology we take for granted today was still in its infancy. For us at tegerning.no, it was a time characterized by creativity, craftsmanship and a good dose of patience. Wait tegerning.no? no, that name didn’t come until the internet came along, so at that time we were called Vignett service. Our drawings were delivered weekly in the mail, neatly packaged and sent to our customers around the country. It was a time when every pencil stroke and every detail had to be right – because there was no “undo button” on paper.

Over the years, we have evolved with technology. In the 90s, we made the leap to floppy disks, which were quickly replaced by CDs. These small, shiny disks felt revolutionary at the time, and they made it possible to distribute our drawings in a more efficient way. But of course, the development didn’t stop there. Today, our entire archive is digitized and available for download – just a few clicks away. This has made it easier than ever for our customers to access our diverse range of illustrations.
